the concept of living your life to the fullest takes practice. it is imperative that we set attainable goals for ourselves, try our hardest to reach them, but also embrace the fact that we sometimes won’t and that’s ok too. we need to be mindful of the fact that there was a time when your focus was just on yourself and having “me” time before family and career came along. spend a little time thinking about what you want and what your body and mind needs, balance and harmony will follow. blissfulmamas will strive to provide tools to working mamas that will asssit in the following areas:
